Cancellations made more than 24 hours before the scheduled appointment time will incur no charges.
For cancellations made less than 24 hours before the appointment, a cancellation fee may apply. Please refer to your specific dentist’s cancellation policy, as this may vary.
2. Appointment Cancellation by Dentist:
In rare instances, a dentist may need to cancel an appointment due to unforeseen circumstances. In such cases, you will be notified as soon as possible and given the option to reschedule or receive a full refund.
Refund Policy
1. Eligibility for Refund:
Refunds are applicable only for paid services booked through Doctor NextGen.
If an appointment is cancelled by the dentist, or by the patient in compliance with the dentist’s cancellation policy, a full refund will be issued.
Refunds will be processed within 7-10 business days.
2. Processing Refunds:
Refunds will be processed to the original method of payment.
Please note that Doctor NextGen may not be responsible for delays in refund processing due to bank policies.
3. Non-refundable Services:
Dentist subscriptions are non-refundable.
Certain promotions or services may also be non-refundable, as specified at booking.
